Investment description:
Construction of the “Dr. Schumacher Sp. z o.o.” production plant in (59-800) Lubań, ul. Jeleniogórska 12
The investment was divided into two phases:
1. Phase I: F warehouse hall with an area of 9406 m2
2. Phase II: production hall, BDE segment with an area of 17,175 m2 and the office building A with an area of 2438 m2
Construction period:
1. On 17 November 2014 the permission to use the F warehouse was obtained (Phase I). On 31 August 2015 the permission to use the BDE production hall and the A office building was obtained (the basement and the ground floor) – Phase II.
3. At present the construction of the A office building (the first and second floor) has been accepted by the commissioning inspection of the fire brigade and sanitary and health authority.
4. The construction will be registered with the PINB (building authorities) in Lubań upon the reception of the certificate of acceptance. The date of obtaining the certificate to use – 30 September 2015.
